Dirty Matcha Latte

Green, creamy and with a special kick! Our Dirty Matcha Latte brings a bit of variety to your cup. This time, the caffeine kick doesn’t come from espresso.

Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp matcha powder

  • 30–40 ml hot water (not boiling)

  • 150–170 ml milk or plant-based drink

  • 1 decaffeinated espresso (approx. 25–30 ml)

  • 1 tsp honey, to taste

Here's how to make:

  1. Put 2 tsp of matcha powder into a bowl.

  2. Add hot (but not boiling) water and stir the matcha powder well to prevent lumps from forming. Add honey to taste and stir again.

  3. Slowly pour the warmed milk (or cold milk) into a glass containing the matcha.

  4. Make a decaffeinated espresso – you can, of course, use a caffeinated one as well. Please note: matcha already contains caffeine.

  5. Carefully pour the espresso over the milk and matcha mixture to create attractive layers.
