Blueberry Ube Iced Latte

Heidelbeeren + Ube = ein farbenfroher Antioxidantien-Kick

Zutaten:

  • 1 frischer Espresso (ca. 30–40 ml)

  • Eiswürfel (ca. 1 Glas gut gefüllt / 5–7 Stück)

  • Heidelbeerpüree (ca. 40–50 ml bzw. 3–4 EL)

  • Ube-Milch (ca. 150–180 ml)

Here's how to make it:

  1. Blend the blueberries with sugar to taste until smooth.

  2. Brew a fresh espresso.

  3. Froth the ube powder with your milk of choice until creamy.

  4. Fill a glass with ice cubes.

  5. Pour the blueberry purée over the ice.

  6. Gently add the frothy ube milk on top.

  7. Finally, slowly pour in the espresso.

Tip: Stir lightly before drinking and enjoy!
