Blueberry Ube Iced Latte

Heidelbeeren + Ube = ein farbenfroher Antioxidantien-Kick
Zutaten:
1 frischer Espresso (ca. 30–40 ml)
Eiswürfel (ca. 1 Glas gut gefüllt / 5–7 Stück)
Heidelbeerpüree (ca. 40–50 ml bzw. 3–4 EL)
Ube-Milch (ca. 150–180 ml)
Here's how to make it:
Blend the blueberries with sugar to taste until smooth.
Brew a fresh espresso.
Froth the ube powder with your milk of choice until creamy.
Fill a glass with ice cubes.
Pour the blueberry purée over the ice.
Gently add the frothy ube milk on top.
Finally, slowly pour in the espresso.
Tip: Stir lightly before drinking and enjoy!
