Iced Pineapple Coconut Matcha

Tropical, creamy and wonderfully refreshing: our Pineapple Coconut Matcha perfectly combines sweet pineapple, a subtle hint of coconut and delicately whisked matcha.

Ingredients:

  • Fresh pineapple (cut into chunks)

  • 1 tsp matcha powder

  • 60 ml hot water (about 80°C / 175°F, not boiling)

  • Coconut milk

  • Ice cubes

Here’s how to make it:

  1. Place the pineapple chunks in a blender and puree until smooth.

  2. Add the matcha powder to a bowl and whisk it with the hot water (using a matcha whisk or regular whisk) until creamy and free of lumps.

  3. Fill a large glass with ice cubes.

  4. First, pour the pineapple puree into the glass.

  5. Then carefully add the coconut milk on top.

  6. Slowly pour the creamy matcha over the drink to create a layered look.
