Zubereitung Himbeer Eistee

Reading time: 2 minutes

Apple, rosehip peel, hibiscus, sweet blackberry leaves, orange peel, and raspberry pieces from AFRO Tea Fruit Fields, enhanced with fresh raspberries and lemon, create a fruity and refreshing iced tea when well chilled — one that instantly brings out summer feelings.

Ingredients for 1 liter:

  • 3 bags of AFRO Tea Fruit Fields

  • 1 liter water

  • 1 lemon

  • 200 g raspberries

  • Ice cubes

  • Sugar to sweeten, if desired

Here's how to make it:

Bring the water to a boil and let the AFRO Tea Fruit Fields tea steep for 8 minutes. Then chill it. Meanwhile, crush 100 g of the raspberries with a fork. Cut the lemon into thin wedges. Stir the crushed raspberries into the tea. Divide the lemon wedges, ice cubes, and remaining raspberries among the glasses, then pour in the chilled tea.
