Can I benefit from current promotions as part of the Afro Coffee Subscription?
Yes, all Afro Coffee subscribers can take part in our promotions. However, promotions and special offers are not automatically applied to your subscription order. To redeem a promotion or offer, you must place a separate order, independent of your automatic subscription delivery.
Can I adjust my subscription flexibly?
Yes. You can pause your subscription once at any time to skip a delivery. After the minimum contract period, you can cancel your subscription at any time. If you want to receive an additional product via subscription, simply create a separate subscription for that product.
How can I pause my subscription?
You can pause your Afro Coffee Subscription once at any time. Here’s how:
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open the “Subscriptions” section – there you’ll find all active subscriptions.
- Click the three dots on the top right of the desired subscription and select “Pause subscription once”.
Where can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime after the minimum period of three deliveries.
- Log in to your customer account.
- Open “Subscriptions”.
- Click the three dots on the top right of the respective subscription and select “Cancel subscription”.
Can I add products to an existing subscription?
Currently, you cannot directly add a product to an existing subscription. If you want to receive an additional product via subscription, simply create a separate subscription.
What are the cancellation terms?
You can cancel your Afro Coffee Subscription for free at any time after the minimum period of three deliveries. Alternatively, you can pause your subscription once to skip a delivery.
How do I know when my next automatic subscription delivery will arrive?
Log in to your customer account at www.afrocoffee.com. Under the “Subscriptions” section, you can see the date of your next delivery and make changes if needed.
How does payment work for a subscription?
Payment is automatically charged for each delivery using the payment method selected at checkout – currently PayPal.
